First of all, I was referring specifically to the text in the Charter - not 
your document that hasn't been published yet.

Speaking of which - what was submitted by you?

Hadn't Brian even determined you didn't submit your document on time - 
therefore no one in the IETF is aware of it? I know I cannot find it in 
IETF announcements list. I'd like to review it, truly. But I don't have 
access to it.
