One might include in-dialog a proxy-insertable header that would
contain a URI pointing at the AOC, along with an indication as to
whether that URI would not be populated until after call termination.
This allows the conveyance of knowledge of the AOC in the signaling,
requires no special negotiation for client capability, and decouples
delivery of AOC information both temporally and network-wise from the
signaling.
