Hi:

I think it might be useful to provide a hint of which services TISPAN is 
in a hurry, because without having a solution for them, there might be 
regulators that might not allow the operation of NGN. So I have no 
problem in marking the regulatory services.

As for the Internet Draft, I think TISPAN should produce only one 
requirements document, so I am not in favor of splitting the document in 
parts at this stage.
