There's the added complication that we may be about to do away with
structured suffixes altogether.

Anyway, since I appear to be a glutton for punishment, I'd be fine marking
this as HFDU and sponsoring the consensus registration if SIPCORE doesn't
agree to take up the mantle of fixing it themselves.
