[BA] Thank you for your review. 

For disabled users, the capabilities may not be symmetric.  For example, a user might be speech-impaired but not hearing impaired. So they might be able to receive English audio, but only able to send American Sign Language (ASL) within a video stream or written American English in a text stream. 

IMHO, this should probably be explained early in the document.
