I found in 
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-mmusic-data-channel-sdpneg-11#section-8.3 
that the registration of dcsa(subprotocol)  seems to require a specific 
actual subprotocol. That is further away in time, and if that conclusion 
is right, we need to include MUX Category but exclude "Usage Level: 
dcsa(subprotocol)"  from the registration.
