In the SMART side meeting today at IETF 103, i mentioned the following
work from University of Hamburg on "Tracking Users across the Web via
TLS Session Resumption":

   https://svs.informatik.uni-hamburg.de/publications/2018/2018-12-06-Sy-ACSAC-Tracking_Users_across_the_Web_via_TLS_Session_Resumption.pdf

I'd be curious to hear how/whether people think this type of work fits
into the goals of the SMART RG.

Thanks to Kathleen and Kirsty and Nancy for organizing and facilitating
the meeting.

Regards,
