A new mailing list has been created for discussion of a message
submission protocol.  This discussion formerly took place on this list
(IETF-SMTP), but now, thanks to Paul Hoffman of the IMC, we have our
own list (and archives).

The latest draft is draft-gellens-submit-02.txt, available via
