I'm not clear that CPSVRMGR really stands for anything.  It's not really
an acronym, but rather those 8 letters are what the mode name must be.
I looked in an old version of the DLUR architecture and nowhere did I
see CPSVRMGR spelled out to english words.  If someone can point me to 
an official expansion of this, I'll do it, but I can't find it.
If it doesn't exist, let's not put it in the mib.
