If the spooks think XORing two values is cryptography, then cryptography is a
lot easier than I thought.

Spoken like a true lawyer.  A lawyer is always safe if he tells you not to do
whatever you asked about.  I find that lawyer's opinions already have far to
much effect on my life, mostly by confining it.  That's what we get for
letting them run the government.

(Karl knows I'm not picking on him personally.  We trade lawyer jokes.)
