Personally, I think that it was an oversight for multi-lingual
support not to have been included in the SNMP definition. 
However, that aside, I think it would be very important for
a standard such as SNMP to support something like UniCode.
Is there a way to map ASN.1 to UniCode? (UniCode would be 
a commercial favourite, I would imagine.
