Since I raised the spector of ORAD, and there has been some private mail
about Marshalls definitive list of Working groups, let me clarify:

Operational Requirements area was chaired by

        Phil Gross (ANS)
        Berhard Stockman (SUNET)

The working groups are:

BGP deployment - Matt Mathis (PSC)
Benchmark methods - Scott Bradner (Harvard)
NetStat & Joint Mgmt - Gene Hastings (PSC)
        ORAD - Berhard Stcokman (SUNET)
Operational Stats - Phil Gross (ANS)
User Connectivity Problems - Dan Long (BBN)

ORAD is expected to guide other working groups and review documents with special
attention to operational needs. - Proceedings 25th IETF, pg 295

This by no means covers a full list of IETF WGs or Areas. A list of Areas of
focus (also from the proceedings...)

Applications
General Interest
Internet
Net Managment
OSI Integration
Operational Requirements
Routing
Security
Transport & Services
User Services.....

The IETF does lots of work.... or at least trys. :)
