OK, once again, how about us merging the two SNMP
mail groups?

1) If the SNMPv2 work is "almost complete", then it
is SNMP, for discussion purposes at least;
2) There is obvious confusion as to which mail
group to post to;
3) I am tired of double postings!

We have/are evolving the protocol, not creating
a new one. The SNMPv2 mail list has served its purpose(!?)

In fact, maybe it's time we threw in the SNMP security
mail list too for good measure.

Seriously, it just seems to make sense to me.
All in favor, say AYE! Flamethrowers not required;-)
