Please forgive my Friday morning at IETF goof.  This is a line I neglected
to delete from the boilerplate recommendation.  This line is intended
to be be an to aid to the IESG Area Director in the preparation of a
protocol action report and has no relation to the SNMPv2 or SNMP Security
protocols.
