As stated in the working group instruction sheet which was included in your attendee packet (assuming your packet survived the Sunday night clean up crew), Minutes from working group and bof sessions are due within the two weeks following the IETF meeting. That would be Friday, April 16th. Minutes should provide a thorough "SUMMARY" of the issues discussed during the working group/bof sessions. They should NOT follow a "Mortimer said", then "Agnes said", then "Duane said", format, nor should they contain a detailed list of changes to a document. While these forms may be helpful to the folks who actually attend the sessions, they are less helpful to those who have a more general interest in the groups' activities. Please be sure that the Minutes contain complete sentences, NOT phrases. Also: * Please indicate the name of the individual who is actually reporting the minutes. * Be sure to let us know if you expect any slides to be included with the minutes. * The attendee list will be appended upon receipt of the minutes. Many thanks to those of you who have already submitted yours! Debra
