  Yes, check out MIB Manager http://www.empiretech.com.

  Its a Manager MIB-browsing application that displays MIBs
  in a single tree diagram.  You can then point-and-click to
  select MIB objects and mgt. operations (Get, Set, GetNext, etc.).

  There's some sample screen dumps on the web page.
