Dear authors,

The latest version of the draft (-13) continues to cite RFC7371. That RFC is not about multicast address format but about associating a meaning with some bits in the IPv6 multicast address.
The draft can cite https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-softwire-dslite-multicast-12#section-5 instead.
