I've read this document and think it is a good way to inform the server of clients' source addresses. 

Also, I have a comment,
In section 3, 
'Then the OPTION_S46_CONT_DHCP4O6 MAY be included in DHCPv4-query and DHCPv4-response messages.'

Do you think it is more appropriate to replace the 'MAY' by 'SHOULD'? As in the section 5.1 of [I-D.ietf-softwire-lw4over6], it describes that the Border Router's IPv6 address must be provisioned to the lwB4.
