As I can remind, this is not the same 'first' question as the one that
was asked on the Friday softwire meeting.  The question asked on
Friday was something like: "do you think we should make a
decision...".  The Friday audio archive is not online via
http://www.ietf.org/audio/ietf83/, but we can check later.
