Remi,

the V-octet and the CNP, have already been discussed on the mailing list, and the design team discussed it with you in person.

the design team made the choice not to incorporate the V octet nor the CNP mechanism in its proposal.

I don't think it is good use of softwire's time to try to convince me yet again that these features are worth adding.

I've made the proposal that we adopts the design team documents as working group documents, as the design team has done what it was chartered to do. and that you write a draft with proposals of what features you want to see added or changed. then the discussion can continue on improving these working group documents.
