It's been quite a long road since the first draft was published in 2003. And I recall discussions going back to 2002 on 'how MRCP 1 _should_ have been done'. It's a mark of dedication and persistence on the part of Dan, Eric, and Dave that this has finally completed.  Great work everyone.
