The intent of the draft is to document Security Considerations related
to SRv6 as it is defined.  Along the same lines, if mitigation
mechanisms already exist (documented in an RFC) then the document can
refer to them.  However, we should leave out of scope the definition
of any new solutions.

If needed and appropriate, the WG can work on a solution afterwards.
