In my opinion, this draft solves the problems in current practical applications and is meaningful. 
>From a practical application perspective, it seems that the application scenarios may be further expanded. In addition to latency, jitter, and bandwidth as threshold parameters, additional bandwidth consumption can be considered. For example, an SL composed of 4 SID consumes more bandwidth when forwarding data of the same traffic compared to an SL composed of 3 SID; There are also security factors that can affect CP selection; Suggest supporting user-defined multidimensional measurement methods;
