Hi WG, We proposed a new draft: draft-liu-bfd-srv6-policy-encap-00 in bfd WG and it is very closely related to spring WG. It’s about the encapsulation of BFD for SRv6 Policy. BFD mechanisms can be used for fast detection of failures in the forwarding path of SR Policy. This draft describes the encapsulation of BFD for SRv6 Policy, which can be applied for both S-BFD and U-BFD. The BFD packets may be encapsulated in transport mode or tunnel mode. We're very appreciated if you can give us some feedback. If you have any questions and comments for the draft, please don't hesitate to let us know.
