Hi Bruno et al.
Firstly, many thanks to the members of the Design Team for all their
commitment, long hours that resulted in such good work. And equally, thanks
to all who commented, discussed helping make the documents stronger.
I support adoption of both drafts by the SPRING WG. I'd be glad to continue
discussing them and improving as WG documents.
