Hi RTGWG and Spring,

We just posted a new I-D https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-yang-rtgwg-ipv6-associated-channel-00

This document introduces an IPv6 based associated channel, carrying different types of control and management messages, aiming to provide functions like path identification, OAM, etc. It borrows the idea of MPLS G-Ach, and attempts to make use of different IPv6 extension headers, as well as the option type. I also send this email to Spring, because SR over IPv6 are considered more practical to start the use of ACH at present.

Your comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated!
Stay good and safe!

Best regards,
Fan (on behalf of other authors)
