Hi Greg,

During the adoption of the related I-D [1] in the PCE WG, a need for a
document in SPRING was established, that would be a definitive source of
the definition, need, and calculation procedure for PMTU in the scope of SR
Policy. This was confirmed with the SPRING chairs as well. This is the
email [2].

I would let the authors answer the question but I wanted to provide the
background to you and the WG.
