Hi Chairs, WG,

Mostly I have been in favor of providing multiple tools for the operator's
toolbox in the control plane. But in this instance, the cost of multiple
data plane behaviors for compressing SRv6 would be very high and finally,
the interoperability would suffer. In the long run, it would be best for
the SRv6 technology, industry, and the WG, if the decision is made now by
the WG to select one technique.
