 Just to clarify to y last email - in the above - 2001:db8:ee:2 is the locator - 1 seems to be a function - which I also realize does not align at all with section 9.2 of the draft - but am I correct in understanding you are asking if the locator could be 2001:db8:ee:ff:2:: - with 1 being the function - in which case the answer, as per my previous email, is no - not in the code bases I am testing on.
