Thanks Ron, couldn’t have explained it better.

Prefix SID (and the prefix associated with it) could be reachable over any interface participating in the topology,  depending on that topology structure, with topology changes, outgoing interface might change as well. Hence the outgoing interface is a runtime property of the top SID.
