Hi Brian,

Following up my thinking in the SPUD scope mail, a question, to version-01: 

What do you think about something like this as an option for 5.3: an explicit, safe to ignore marking where it is possible to establish trust relationship and not-ignored markings may have reply and consequences? (e.g. “Exposure of cost of choice”)
