Hi,

Chris submitted version 5, which if I understand correctly is expected to address all WGLC feedback. I am starting to work on the shepherd writeup in preparation to send this to the IESG. If anyone that gave WGLC feedback thinks that their feedback has not been addressed, please say so as soon as possible.
