No Rich, there are few protocols in this
sector that are specified by the FCC, and
it is delusional to think that they are going
to stick yours in 47 CFR. (That's where the
regulations exist.)  If you read the proposed
rules, they only deal with providing authority
for regulated carriers to block.

Maybe you can get Trump to write an Executive
Order for you and we can move to "alt" land. :-)
