This is the long-promised draft that updates the IPsec requirements to include the 430x RFCs, and make other requirements changes as previously discussed on the list. I want to thank Paul Koning for signing up to co-author it.

This draft will be headed directly into WG Last Call early next week (Tom will do the honors, as I'm a co-author of this draft), because both the consolidated iSCSI and iSER drafts will have normative references to this new draft.

Thanks,
--David
