This version addreses the conerns raised by Stephen Kent in his secdir review of the draft. For the Security Considerations section, the text on applicability of the IPsec 2401-series and 4301-series RFCs will be added in the next version of this draft pending the resolution of the consolidated iSCSI draft to update RFC 3723 and everything that uses it to a mix of 2401-series and 4301-series IPsec RFCs.
