http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0269.html has some suggestions on how to 
do early media. It's not entirely clear to me if the details are correct 
(e.g. I wouldn't use a raw-udp transport when the initiator only 
indicated support for ice-udp) but the general plan seems ok.
