So, let me ask the question again, since I did not get a clear answer.

I understand that there might be significant implementation guidance and
changes to the text.  But PHB's answer didn't help decide what the *schedule*
impact of us putting Falcon in instead of HSS-LSS.

It's okay if we say Falcon, and it takes a year, but it also takes us a year
to get the documents through the WGLC and IESG.
