Reminder that we're having our next TAPS interim in a week.

Note that we are planning to resolve all outstanding issues on 
draft-ietf-taps-arch, draft-ietf-taps-interface, and 
draft-ietf-taps-impl, by or in this interim meeting, as per my previous 
emails around this interim.
