Dear All

I wish to convey support the creation of the TCM-TF WG in totality as it
will mostly benefit the communities in developing countries where the
internet and bandwidth if expensive, especially here in Kenya where
internet usage is growing at tremendous speeds. The current gov plans for
free laptops for primary schools will further increase the need for more
bandwidth hence there is need to start looking at opportunities and means
to avail and sustain the ambitious program. This is a challenge for some of
us who can undertake initiatives to provide solutions for the communities.

Regards
Charles Oloo
