TCP multiplexing and effect on TCP dynamics. I think this was the main
[R. Peon]  This is not being done by a host; it is in network, if a
separator does not include timing, it could lose delay signals for
congestion control based on delay.
This concern is related to TCP, and it no longer exist because TCP
multiplexing is not being considered.
