CALL FOR PAPERS IEEE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON COMMUNICATIONS (ICC 2003) 11-15 MAY 2003 -- ANCHORAGE, ALASKA http://www.icc2003.com The conference will consist of Tutorials, Workshop, Business Applications Sessions, and Technical Sessions. The Technical Sessions are structured as part of a GENERAL CONFERENCE and eight planned Symposia that will be held simultaneously. SYMPOSIA TOPICS * Optical Networking * Communication Theory * Next Generation Internet * Broadband Wireless & Satellite Communication Systems * Advance Signal Processing for Communications * Communication QoS, Reliability, and Performance Modeling * Global Services and Infrastructure for Next Generation Networks * Personal Communication Systems and Wireless LANs ICC 2003 is soliciting original papers describing state-of-the-art research and development in all areas of communications and networking. Proposals for business application sessions, panels, tutorials, and workshops (OTHER THAN THE ABOVE SYMPOSIA) should be submitted to the respective chairs.
