tcpm-ers,

I've just submitted a new rev of the ECN++ draft for the experimental
track. The draft and diff are linked below as always.

Here's a brief bullet list of the main changes. No significant changes,
as would be expected at this stage. But thanks for the useful comments
that led to these, particularly those from Richard with the benefit of
his implementation experience in FreeBSD.

* S.1 Intro
     Called out in the text (not just the header block) that this draft
obsoletes RFC 5562 (aka ECN+) and explained why (ECN++ is a superset).
* S.3.2.6  RST (Send)
     Advised how not to leak internals of TCP state machine by marking
all packets of each type consistently
     (and ack'd Richard Schef.)
* S.3.3.2. SYN (Receive)
     When recommending servers accept SYNs with non-zero IP/ECN, more
precise advice on detecting ECN mangling
     (following offlist discussion with Mirja).
* S.4.4.1.  Mechanisms to Respond to CE-Marked Pure ACKs
    More precise wording for the rationale on feedback of congestion
markings on pure ACKs

Regards

Bob
