I found a few items while referring to this draft.  I hope the feedback will be useful.

§3.4:

In the sentence "The principle reason for the three-way handshake is to prevent old duplicate connection initiations from causing confusion.” I believe the correct spelling should be “principal”, because it is being used as an adjective.  (More information is available from the definition of principal at wordreference.com <https://www.wordreference.com/definition/principal>.) 

§3.8.6:

The phrase “robustness principle” is used, but not cited.  While most readers of the draft probably know what it is, others may not.  IMO, a citation would be helpful, either from references already in the draft (RFCs 791, 793), or others such as RFC 1958, §3.
