Re: [tcpm] Fwd: New Version Notification for draft-eggert-tcpm-rfc8312bis-02.txt

I am absolutely in favor to adopt this draft.

Like in the recent example of PRR (6937bis), I would like to see that
widely deployed mechanisms are also reflected by a standards-track RFC,
not only experimental.
