This revision updates the text around TCP offloading in section 3.3.4, with improved wording to differentiate between the transmit (TSO) and receive (LRO) paths. Specific implmenentation details are not given, but sufficient hints what needs to be considered when implementing Accurate ECN on current offloading hardware.
