Hi,

since there are apparently tweaks that need to be made to the CUBIC RFC, e.g., based on what's changed in the Linux implementation since publication, we started a repo for this work at https://github.com/NTAP/rfc8312bis.

We're planning to submit an individual -00 after submissions reopen after IETF-109. That initial submission will have only editorial changes compared to RFC8312 (due to conversion to Markdown, boilerplate changes, etc.)

I'd like to follow the QUIC approach for developing this bis, i.e., if you'd like to suggest changes, please open issues in the repo above. For those that get traction, we'll develop and discuss concrete text changes in pull requests (PRs) in that same repo.

Thanks,
Lars
