I just opened an issue in the Github depot: https://github.com/NTAP/rfc8312bis/issues/23 Adding handling of spurious losses in Cubic is not very hard: basically, reset the epoch parameters to what they would be if there was no loss. It would be good if that was documented in the revised RFC. -- Christian Huitema
