Hi folks,

three points I really want to say:

* Please stop the discussion about IRTF versus IETF. We (TCPM) had decided to
discuss this doc in TCPM and we adopted the doc as an WG item. So, the time
is over and the discussion about that is wasting time.

* We've been going in circles. During the last couples of IETF Meetings, the
following happened: Jerry presented slides and a bunch of measurements, folks
came and raised issues a, b, c. Next Meeting, Jerry answered a, b, c and folks
came with issue d, e, f. Again, next meeting, Jerry ...
  Stop. Please.

* I think we have have a rough consensus that IW=10 is something that we want

Alex
