I am looking for any type of information that I can find on Application 
PEPs.  It seems that most of the research that I have found has been on the 
transparent level.  Has there ever been a discussion on this list of the 
pros and cons of application level PEPs?  Is there any companies that are 
currently doing application PEPs.  I have found a few transparent level 
PEPs like SkyX.  Thanks.
