Hi Loa,

Agree that the "model driven networking" does bring a new perspective to
TE. This is a new technology and methodology, which can be viewed as a
competitive alternative to PCE/PCEP in a way. As Julien mentioned, PCE/PCEP
is also new since RFC3272. Both should be covered in the BIS.
